About Ella

Ella Laura is an emerging force in the wellness world. She has been rewiring her consciousness for the past decade, stepping away from conventional ideologies and dedicating herself to living a soul-led life.

Creating a strong relationship with her own duality, she bridges the energy of masculine fitness and nutrition practices, with a feminine flow of holistic and embodied modalities, creating a unique and innovative approach to healing the whole self.

Having first stepped onto her spiritual path at the age of seven, Ella has deep roots in ancient ceremonial traditions from around the globe. Ella is formally trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork and Nutritional Coaching, and she has deeply dedicated half a decade to immersing herself in holistic fitness and integrative well-being.

With the new release of her signature program, The Embodiment Blueprint, Ella is on a mission to help guide people from all walks of life on how to reconnect to their intuition and create empowered lifestyles for themselves, fusing mind, body, and spirit.

  • The Embodiment Blueprint is a 12-week interactive program designed to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. We journey through eight potent modules focused on developing mind, body, and spirit through readings, videos, and exercises geared toward personal growth. We offer 3 tiers of engagement from solo exploration, to group cohorts, and finally 1:1 support.

  • In the simplest terms, Breathwork is the practice of consciously connecting to your breath in an intentional setting with a trained facilitator. Doing so creates the space to nourish all parts of ourselves, allowing the potential for multifaceted healing. Some of the benefits include nervous system regulation, detoxification of the body, anxiety and depression relief, trauma release, improved sleep, and increased self-love.

  • Coaching is an opportunity to receive individualized support by working with Ella one-on-one. This process takes a deeper dive into exploring your desired expansion through a highly supportive and personalized program, that includes nutritional support, fitness guidance, and empowered lifestyle creation, resulting in a new and more authentic way of being.
