This is a space I created for you to connect with your daily habits and routines on a deeper level by tapping into the energy of the elements - earth, water, air, and fire. I love the idea of having intentional rituals over task-like habits. Having intentional practices helps my brain to get excited about diving into my daily habits and routines. This also makes them feel more special. This is especially true as we come into the colder months of fall, winter, and early spring. It feels very nourishing to intentionally make time to plan out your daily rituals for the week. Maybe you light a candle, make a cup of tea, or sit with yourself while you engage with your worksheet. I promise you that it will feel absolutely amazing to take the time to set yourself up for success from an inspired and regulated place. When designing your week, I encourage you to call forward the person you are becoming: your dream future self.
What would your daily habits look like if you were already the person you were trying to become? If you go through your days, weeks, and months as this version of you, guess what? You will inevitably become that person.
